Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM

Like working with your hands and keeping things moving? As a Machine Operator, you'll run the gear, keep the line alive, and take home steady pay with solid benefits.

What Makes You a Fit

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of experience working with digital presses
• Working knowledge of Prinergy workflows
• Mechanical problem-solver with tool skills
• Sharp eye for catching mistakes early
• Physically ready to lift, move, and hustle
• Team-focused and steady under pressure
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing personnel

Job Duties

• Keep accurate and complete daily records for data collection
• Meet company and departmental standards, including: Customer Requirements, Compliance, Safety, Quality, etc.
• Follow ISO Quality Procedures and Work Instructions, and complete forms and checklists as necessary
• Work overtime and weekends, as business needs dictate
• Perform other duties as required
• Attend department and company meetings
