Quality Lab Technician

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
* Collect daily QC Samples.
* Put newly collected samples that require specific storage conditions in a designated area for a
specified period.
* Perform a visual inspection of all collected QC samples.
* Report to QC Lab Supervisor or Quality Laboratory Manager any visual defect found.
* Verify the calibration status of all equipment & tools to use for measuring quality characteristics.
* Set up required tests on all finished products to verify their conformity to quality standards.
* Report to the QC Lab Supervisor any sample that fails any required test.
* File all quality documentation.
* Perform any other tests when required.
* Daily cleaning of all equipment and work surfaces within the lab.

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
* Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel and Access)
* Detail Oriented
