Accounting Specialist

Join Our Finance Team as an Accounting Specialist! We have clients in Riviera Beach, Jupiter, Boynton Beach and Lake Worth seeking Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialists.

Are you a detail-oriented and collaborative finance professional looking for a full-time role? We are currently seeking highly proficient and dedicated Accounting Specialists to join our team, with opportunities available in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), serving our clients in West Palm Beach

Key Responsibilities (May include either AP or AR focus):

• Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage vendor communications, reconcile statements, and prepare for payment runs.
• Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices, record payments, follow up on outstanding accounts, and process daily deposits.
• General: Perform daily financial transaction entries, maintain organized and accurate financial records, assist with month-end closing procedures, and support the finance team with various administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency: Highly proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Accuracy & Detail: A relentless focus on accuracy and detail in all work, with a proven ability to handle large volumes of transactions with precision.
• Collaboration: A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a strong plus. Experience with general ledger accounting software is also a benefit.
