Palm Springs Full Time Hours: Hybrid 40 Hour 5 Day Work Week Employed New Graduates Loan Repayment Compensation: $300,000.00 - $375,000.00 Salary Benefits: - Health insurance with employer contribution- HSA & FSA- Employer-paid basic life insurance- AD&D, short and long-term disability- 401k with company match- 160 hours of vacation time- 96 hours of sick leave- 12 paid holidays- Paid medical license, renewal, and certification- 5 days CME and $2,500 Additional Info: Provides psychiatric care within an outpatient FQHC, delivering comprehensive behavioral health services including assessments, diagnosis, medication management, therapy, and crisis intervention. Develops and monitors treatment plans, manages complex/co-occurring conditions, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Engages diverse populations with culturally sensitive approaches and connects patients to community resources. Utilizes multiple care modalities (in-person, telehealth) and ensures timely, compliant documentation and HIPAA adherence. May supervise behavioral health staff. Requires MD, active CA license, board certification in psychiatry, DEA registration, and BLS certification; FQHC and underserved population experience preferred.
