Legal Assistant

Job Description Job Description Consilio's ELS Direct hire division is seeking a Litigation Project Assistant on behalf of our client, a law firm in Washington, DC. This role will provide overall administrative support to the litigation group. Hybrid schedule: 4:1 Responsibilities: * Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents * Review and edit monthly time-entries * Coordinate travel arrangements and submitting expense reimbursements * Manage and update attorneys calendars * Record and store client information * Assemble trial binders under attorney direction Qualifications: * 1+ years in a legal environment supporting litigation attorneys * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Deadline and detail-oriented ELS Consilio, LLC Direct Hire Division staffs' positions, for Consilio clients and does not staff for internal corporate positions at Consilio.
