Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to provide administrative support to our Business Development and Marketing team. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for a self-starter who is seeking a career in Business Development and/or Marketing. Responsibilities : * Assist in the coordination and execution of business development activities, including market research, proposal management, and client communications. * Manage administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for the business development team. * Support the preparation and submission of proposals, including document formatting, proofreading, and ensuring timely delivery. * Maintain and update client databases, contact lists, and project files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. * Assist in organizing and coordinating client events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up activities. * Represent the firm at networking events and client gatherings, demonstrating professionalism and excellent verbal communication skills. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination on various projects and initiatives. * Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. * Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the business development team and the organization. Qualifications : * Proven experience in a support role. Experience in business development and/or client-facing environment preferred. A/E/C industry experience also preferred. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to represent the firm at networking events and client gatherings. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. * Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. * Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges. * Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
