Join our team supporting a multispecialty clinic where you'll play a key role in both front and back-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, values accuracy, and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while supporting efficient clinic workflows.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform front and back office duties in a high-volume multispecialty clinic environment
- Prepare patients for exams by obtaining medical history, recording vital signs, and assisting providers during examinations
- Perform diagnostic testing, specimen collection, and basic lab procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Administer medications as directed by the provider
- Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, patient check-in/out, and phone support
- Enter and manage patient data, test results, and documentation within EHR and case management systems
- Review exam documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
- Assist with exam report reconciliation and ensure proper documentation workflows
- Maintain inventory, equipment calibration, and ensure clinic readiness at all times
- Identify and escalate abnormal findings or documentation discrepancies
- Support cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, lab areas, and front office spaces
- Participate in safety, compliance, and audit-related activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Must be certified as a Medical Assistant with the Washington Department of Health
- 1+ year of medical assistant experience
- Ability to perform both clinical and administrative duties
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Willingness to support both front and back office operations
