Two Family Medicine physicians are needed an hour south of Roanoke, VA -
Dates: As soon as available/credentialed and ongoing
Patients Per Shift: 18
EMR: Athena
Outpatient Only - 8 am - 6 pm Monday through Thursday (40 hours)
Long term commitment - minimum 1 week per month , can rotate schedule with 2 - 4 providers.
Fully equipped office with trained office staff.
Physician leaving the market - permanent recruitment in place
