Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics. This role focuses on delivering high quality, patient centered care in an outpatient setting while supporting preventive health, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic medical conditions
• Perform physical exams, health assessments, and age appropriate screenings
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care, immunizations, and health education
• Coordinate care and refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with clinical staff and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible medical license in State
• Current DEA registration
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient centered, team based care
