Treasury Operations Specialist

The Treasury Operations Specialist is responsible for planning and monitoring payments within the framework of Crestline’s control environment. This includes providing guidance and oversight to Treasury staff.

Treasury/Banking Functions - Ensure that:

• Tasks are completed within deadlines and all members contribute evenly to team objectives
• Policies and procedures remain current, shared and followed in all respects
• Segregation of duties is maintained and access to systems is appropriate for each role
• Bank accounts are reviewed regularly
• Wires and ACH’s are processed timely and accurately
• Proper documentation of transactions is retained
• New hotels are onboarded with bank account and credit card functionality

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University/College and three (3) years of related experience preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the above skills, knowledge and abilities.
