A top-tier global firm is adding a finance associate to its Houston platform. This is not a backfill. It is a strategic hire tied to a growing book of sponsor-driven and energy-sector lending work.
The team acts for private equity sponsors, major lenders, and borrowers across acquisition finance, reserve-based lending, and structured credit facilities. Deal flow is consistent, complex, and commercially significant. You will work directly with partners who lead relationships, not service them.
They want a 2020 to 2023 class year associate from a peer firm with strong debt finance experience. PE acquisition finance background carries weight. Oil and gas transaction exposure is a clear advantage. Borrower-side work is valued, not sidelined.
Compensation sits between $260,000 and $390,000 depending on class year and experience.
