Litigation/Trial Paralegal (Complex Business Litigation)

LHH is seeking a highly skilled Litigation/Trial Paralegal with experience in complex business litigation to join our clients dynamic legal team. This role is critical in supporting attorneys through all phases of high-stakes litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception through trial and appeal, including document production, deposition prep, and trial support
• Handle federal and state court filings, including e-filing procedures and requirements
• Calendar hearings, court dates, and discovery deadlines
• Draft routine legal documents such as motions, subpoenas, and notices
• Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and hard copy, including trial binders
• Conduct legal research using Lexis and Westlaw
• Assist with e-discovery, document review, redactions, and Bates stamping
• Cite-check, Bluebook, and Shepardize legal documents
• Prepare deposition materials and manage exhibit and designation databases
• Provide in-court trial support, including technology setup and trial presentation (OnCue)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• At least 2 years of trial experience preferred
• Strong background in complex commercial litigation (business disputes, fraud, contract matters, etc.)
• Experience with e-discovery and document analysis in high-value cases
• Deep understanding of litigation processes from pre-trial through post-trial
• Bachelor's degree and/or ABA Paralegal Certification preferred
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
