Patient Care Coordinator

Located in The Woodlands, Texas, our practice is dedicated to providing a personalized and caring experience, ensuring superior patient outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Correspond with potential and current patients regarding surgical procedures
• Schedule consultations, pre-op appointments, and surgery
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and answer questions they may have
• Document consultations in EMR
• Act as a resource for patients from initial correspondence to surgery day
• Accurately track consultation outcomes and manage surgery schedule
• Assist patients with securing financing

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Sales experience as plus
• Professional attitude
