Bartender + Sushi waiter/server

Both part time and full time available!

Requirements:

• Bartending experience
• Able to run a full bar while handling guests
• Can work in a fast paced environment including handling multiple tables, packing to-go orders, and serving drinks
• Can/Is Willing To learn how to identify all types and cuts of fish for sushi. Must be able to describe different types of fish to guests
• Is familiar with Japanese cuisine and alcohol
• Work well with others

Daily duties:

• Greet guests
• Take care of guests with professionalism and hospitality
• Take guests orders, serve drinks, and serve guests (must be familiar with food if guests order food at the bar)
• Be familiar with Toast PoS
• Complete side jobs at beginning and end of shift
• Assisting with drink inventory management
