This role is designed as a growth track position — starting with hands-on training in our rehab and care model, and progressing into a weekend doctor role with increasing patient volume, responsibility, and income potential.
We're not looking for someone who just wants to adjust and go home.
We're looking for a producer, a communicator, and a future leader — someone who understands that excellent care, clear communication, and strong conversion drive both patient outcomes and financial success.
This position is structured to support both training and growth:
Friday | Saturday | Sunday | Tuesday
- Friday & Tuesday: Clinical + training + system development + admin
- Saturday: High-volume patient care
- Sunday: Growth opportunity transition into Lead Sunday Doctor
- Around 30 hours/week to start with growth to 40 hours
As weekend demand grows, this role will evolve into increased doctor hours and patient volume, with support staff added accordingly.
Growth Path (What Makes This Role Different)This is not a static associate position.
You will:
- Start by learning the HealthSource model through rehab and patient flow integration
- Progress into delivering full patient care including New Patient exams, x-rays, report of findings, managing corrective care including rehab progression, laser, decompression, and conversion to wellness
- Take ownership of Sunday patient volume and performance
- Grow into a high-producing doctor role with strong income potential tied to results
You're a chiropractor who:
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Is confident in Day 1 and Day 2 processes, care plans, and patient education. Can be taught but must be driving to own and master the systems. Communication and confidence are non-negotiable.
- Is comfortable discussing care recommendations, product recommendations, and long-term wellness plans
- Understands the importance of conversion, retention, and outcomes
- Takes ownership of clinical, operational, and financial results
- Wants to grow clinically, professionally, and financially
- Flexible, open to change, and a team player.This is a new position in a rapidly developing clinic. Looking for someone with a let's do this and bring it on attitude!

What You'll DoClinical Excellence & Patient Care- Perform thorough exams, X-rays, and evaluations
- Deliver confident and effective Day 1 and Day 2 reports of findings
- Design and manage evidence-based care plans inline with the HealthSource Model
- Utilize advanced technology, including:
- Digital X-ray
- Class IV laser therapy
- Spinal decompression
- Progressive rehab protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Discover and understand patient key values and create clear, measurable goals for care
- Convert new patients into active care plans through clear, confident communication
- Educate patients on the value of care and long-term outcomesTrack and improve key performance metrics:
- Conversion rate
- Visit utilization
- Case acceptance
- Patient retention
- Maintain strong documentation and follow-through
- Work closely with rehab specialists and front desk team
- Help create a seamless and exceptional patient experience
- Participate in team meetings, training, and development
- Contribute to a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
