Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Construction Job Site Foreman to join our team! You will oversee projects in the field, work with management on scheduling, and implementation. Responsibilities: Oversee all daily aspects of construction projects in the field Keep jobs running on schedule Make sure that Subs and Employees have what they need to get their jobs completed on time Interface with project inspectors, sub contractors, city and county officials, and clients Report weekly on progress and delays for each job to management Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications of each job Punch work and fixing items as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in construction and related fields Understand framing and trim techniques Ability to use all types of hand tools, saws, nail guns, caulk guns to fix any issues in the field.
