Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Accounting Analyst for a global Consumer Services company that is experienced in accounting, finance, cash management, and credit analysis. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, managing cash flow, evaluating credit risk, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate combines technical accounting knowledge with strong analytical and business insight capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial statements, trends, and key performance indicators Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to management Cash Flow & Treasury Support: Monitor daily cash positions and manage short-term liquidity needs Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts Analyze cash trends and recommend strategies to optimize working capital Credit & Risk Analysis: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits Monitor credit exposure and accounts receivable aging Partner with collections teams to reduce delinquency and improve cash collections Assess and recommend reserves for doubtful accounts Accounting & Close Support: Support general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data Process Improvement & Controls: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies Support audit requests and documentation requirements Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, AR/AP, treasury, and operations teams Provide financial insights to support business decisions and initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance within a large corporate environment Strong understanding of accounting principles, cash flow management, and credit analysis Experience with large ERP systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables, lookups) Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent financial modeling and data analysis abilities Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
