Job Description Job Description If you are Fully Licensed Agent, you can earn up to a $4,500 sign on BONUS We are seeking Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. No license? No problem, we will pay the cost of getting your license. We will also pay a $500 weekly stipend study to get your license up to five weeks. We provide anywhere from 6-8 weeks of training with a respective staff manager or trainer. Training will be done in the office and once complete you can enjoy a hybrid position where you will come into the office twice a week. The compensation is made up of Renewals, Commissions and Bonuses . Responsibilities: Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs Resolve client inquiries and complaints Expand business reach through networking techniques Comply with insurance standards and regulations Track and identify areas of improvement Qualifications: Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Company Description Kemper is one of the nation’s leading insurers.
