Our client is a well‑established B2B organization seeking an experienced on‑site professional to support and coordinate sales operations within a structured, relationship‑driven environment. This role partners closely with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes, reporting, and customer engagement. This is a Monday–Friday, 100% on‑site position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day execution of sales and customer-related workflows
  • Serve as a point of coordination across sales, operations, and internal teams
  • Assist with oversight of sales activities, reporting, and process adherence
  • Partner with senior sales leaders on workflow optimization and performance tracking
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance for sales team members as needed
  • Contribute to planning and follow‑up related to trade show participation and customer events

Required Qualifications

  • B2B experience is required
  • SAP experience is required
  • Background working closely xywuqvp with an inside sales environment (relationship-based; no cold calling)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fully on‑site environment

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Experience supporting sales operations, order management, or customer-facing teams
