Sales Representative

This is a customer facing role focused on engaging with shoppers, introducing promotional offers, and helping customers enroll in new services. As a Sales Representative, you will work inside retail stores and local promotional events representing our client brands. You will connect with customers, explain product features and promotions, and guide them through the enrollment process while delivering a professional and positive experience. Responsibilities include speaking with customers face to face in a retail environment, presenting promotional offers and service options, answering questions about products and pricing, assisting customers through the enrollment process, maintaining accurate customer information in Salesforce CRM, meeting daily and weekly sales goals, representing the brand professionally at all times, and supporting team promotions at local retail events. This position offers paid training and hands on mentorship to help you succeed. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and comfortable engaging with customers in person. Compensation includes base pay plus commission with weekly bonuses and performance incentives. Advancement opportunities are available for top performers who want to move into leadership roles.
