• Keep Finances Organized: Maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate data transfer to the general ledger.
• Manage Daily Transactions: Handle bank deposits, process vendor payments, and manage customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Support Business Operations: Prepare invoices for residential and commercial clients, finalize estimates, and order supplies as needed.
• Provide Insightful Reporting: Compile reports on cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and profit/loss to support decision-making.

• 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
