Benefits Admin
Responsibilities:
Benefits Admin will be focused on reconciliation of data
Benefits Admin will assist with union benefits, enrollments, union dues (invoices) – reviewing and ensuing union dues are reported accurately
Communicating to/from unions to ensure proper enrollment of benefits
Sending new hire info and union enrollments, then entering the new hire into system (life events, etc.)
Will reconcile invoices
Identifying new hires and terminations
Replying to emails and assisting with tickets
Ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Requirements:
2-3+ years benefits experience required
Reconciliation of invoices experience
Should be familiar with benefits info including terminology of enrollments, election deferral report for 401k plan (there’s also an election or safe harbor match for that deferral).
Should have a knowledge of benefits admins and file feeds
Degree is a plus but NOT required
Union experience is a plus but NOT required
Intermediate Excel skills
