Senior Accountant - Insurance

Senior Accountant – Providence, RI (Hybrid Work Schedule)
$90K – $110K base salary plus bonus

• 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

• The Senior Accountant will have visibility to executive leadership in a rapidly scaling division

• Own the month‑end financial close process
• Translate data into actionable internal financial reporting
• Partner closely with leadership and peer group to automate and optimize accounting workflows
• Mentor and review the work of junior team members

• 3+ years of accounting experience in the insurance industry
• Proven ownership of the monthly close process
• Financial reporting expertise
• BS in Accounting or a related field required
