RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION BILLING SPECIALIST

• The Construction Billing Specialist will modify and incorporate approved change orders into project budgets and internal systems
• The Construction Billing Specialist will calculate and process time and materials billing by verifying signed timesheets and allocating labor and materials to job codes
• Track and transfer project costs including labor, inventory, and materials to ensure accurate job costing
• Upload change order requests and billing documentation into client systems while maintaining internal tracking
• Support daily administrative and billing functions related to active construction projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION BILLING SPECIALIST

• Must have construction billing or job costing experience
• Experience with time and materials billing required, AIA billing a plus
• Foundation software experience a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills required
