What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop supervisors and audit teams
• Set department goals and optimize workflows
• Present audit results to senior leadership and trustees
• Drive process improvements and system updates
• Resolve escalated employer issues and complex audit cases

What You Bring

• 10+ years of management experience in a production environment
• Degree in Accounting or related; CPA is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Experience in audit or compliance (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver results
