What You’ll Do

In this client-facing role, you will represent CFS to organizations across (CITY) by:

  • Developing and expanding new business accounts
  • Building long-term relationships with leaders across multiple industries
  • Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and account management
  • Connecting with clients through phone, email, video, and in‑person meetings
  • Delivering hiring solutions that create true win‑win outcomes for clients and candidates

Who You Are

You bring a blend of professionalism, personality, and drive, including:

  • 2+ years of proven success in sales (staffing or service-based sales is a plus)
