Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + 10% Bonus

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-established subsidiary of a Fortune 500 global organization seeking an experienced Controller to lead onsite accounting operations. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process

• Develop, mentor, and manage the accounting team

• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger and month-end/quarter-end close

• Identify and implement process improvements and system efficiencies

• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and supporting documentation

• Support internal and external audits

• Partner with operations to provide cost analysis and financial insights

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate reporting standards

• Maintain and enhance internal controls aligned with public company expectations

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in publicly traded or Fortune 500 environments preferred

• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally

• CPA strongly preferred

• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
