About the Role: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll use your retail leadership strengths in a new environment where they truly shine.

You will:

• Manage the full sales process — prospecting → meetings → relationship-building → account management
• Partner with hiring managers to uncover job openings and understand their needs
• Work closely with your recruiting team to match strong talent with great opportunities
• Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service
• Build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in accounting & finance

It’s sales, service, leadership, and consultative partnership all rolled into one.

Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years of experience preferred (retail leadership counts!).

• Base Salary with Uncapped Commission
