Account Operations Specialist

A growing company in the Lewis Center area is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support ecommerce account management and catalog operations. This role is 100% onsite and will work closely with Account Managers and Merchandisers to ensure product listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized across ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities
• Oversee listing creation and manage the ecommerce catalog
• Audit listings daily to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and proper inventory levels
• Monitor and report on performance of product categories and listings
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Merchandisers on product assortments and listing strategy
• Use data to identify opportunities to improve listing performance and support sales goals

The Account Operations Specialist will play a key role in maintaining high-quality listings and supporting ecommerce account growth.

Qualifications
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target+, or Shopify preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
