Law Firm Billing Specialist

Our established and growing client is hiring a Law Firm Billing Specialist. This is an in‑office work schedule (South Boston Waterfront) with hybrid flexibility.
Salary: Up to $75K

• Prepare, review, and approve client invoices
• Troubleshoot e‑billing issues
• Prepare ad hoc customized reports and projects upon request

• Nationally ranked law firm that provides legal counsel to industry‑leading companies, entrepreneurs, and institutions
• Known for its client‑centric approach and extensive experience in business and finance, litigation, trusts and estates, labor and employment, tax, and intellectual property
• Collaborative team environment at the company’s HQ located in Boston

• Experience with third‑party e‑billing software programs
• Must be able to analyze and resolve billing transaction discrepancies
• Previous law firm billing experience is required
