A fast‑growing, privately held manufacturing company is seeking a Senior FP&A to serve as a key business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial leadership. This role plays a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, and manufacturing performance analysis within a multi‑technology production environment.
This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys translating operational complexity into clear financial insights and supporting data‑driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities for Senior FP&A- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks
- Build and maintain revenue, margin, and cost models by customer, product, and channel
- Prepare management and executive‑level financial reporting with actionable insights
- Partner with Operations to analyze manufacturing performance (yields, scrap, labor efficiency, throughput, variances)
- Maintain and improve standard costing, BOMs, and manufacturing cost models
- Support pricing analysis, customer profitability, and SKU‑level margin analysis
- Assist with capital investment analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning
- Contribute to S&OP, working capital optimization, and inventory analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and BI/Power BI experience preferred
- Solid understanding of manufacturing economics and cost drivers
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
- Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or industrial manufacturing strongly preferred
- High exposure to senior leadership and operations
