Healthcare Enrollment Specialist
Greater Fort Wayne (Must be based in Indiana)
Compensation: $66,560 - $83,200
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare provider enrollment and regulatory compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid processes, along with the ability to manage multiple submissions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities for Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

• Complete and submit Medicare enrollments (CMS-855A) via PECOS
• Prepare and managed provider-based attestations for Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOPDs)
• Process Indiana Medicaid enrollments through the IHCP portal
• Create and maintain NPIs using NPPES

Qualifications for Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in provider enrollment (hospital or health system preferred)
• Proven expertise with PECOS, IHCP, and NPPES systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and ensure regulatory compliance
