Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

• The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls and assist customers with basic questions
• Provide helpful, friendly support while resolving customer requests
• Enter customer information into the system and keep records updated
• The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

• The Customer Service Representative should be comfortable communicating with customers in person or over the phone
• Must be reliable and eager to learn

Salary: $40,000-$45,000
