Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
  • Oversee revenue cycle operations including billing, collections, and reimbursement optimization
  • Partner with executive leadership and Board to provide strategic financial guidance
  • Ensure compliance with nonprofit, healthcare, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team while improving processes and controls

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (advanced degree or CPA is a plus)
  • 5–8+ years of senior financial leadership experience within nonprofit healthcare or similar environments
  • Strong experience with revenue cycle management, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers
