We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned organization with over 40 years of success to identify an IT Administrator who will play a critical role in bridging internal operations and external technology partners. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and grow into a long-term leadership position.

  • High visibility role working directly with executive team
  • Tight-knit, collaborative culture with strong employee tenure
  • Performance-based bonus (10–20%)
Position Overview

This role serves as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and managed service providers (MSPs). You will oversee IT operations from a strategic and operational perspective—ensuring systems, vendors, and processes align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

This is not a hands-on engineering or development role—instead, it’s ideal for someone who understands IT systems, can manage vendors, and drive accountability and communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and MSP/vendor partners
  • Oversee and ensure performance of outsourced IT services (infrastructure, security, support)
  • Maintain understanding of all banking systems, infrastructure, and applications
  • Monitor ticket activity, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation
  • Participate in and help lead IT strategy, roadmap, and project initiatives
  • Prepare reports and updates for monthly IT and board-level meetings
  • Coordinate and manage IT-related projects and process improvements
  • Ensure systems and processes remain compliant with regulatory standards

Qualifications of IT Administrator:

  • Experience in IT administration, systems coordination, or vendor management
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, Microsoft environment, core systems, etc.)
  • Experience working with or alongside MSPs is highly preferred
  • Background in banking, financial services, or regulated environments is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
