Our client is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing operations at its Hampton, VA facility. This is a fully onsite role and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

• Manage procurement of direct and indirect materials to support manufacturing operations
• Source, negotiate, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
• Partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to support production needs
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement best practices

• 3–5 years of procurement experience, in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain, purchasing processes, and supplier management
• Experience working cross‑functionally with manufacturing or operations teams
• Solid negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, onsite manufacturing setting
