Compensation: $40,000 –$50,000
A growing services organization in the Grand Rapids area is seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to support client communication and project coordination within a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects and monthly deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
The Client Support Specialist serves as a key point of contact for client inquiries, assists with coordinating project materials, and helps manage timelines to meet production deadlines. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a team environment, and has strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and ongoing account support
- Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
- Assist with managing recurring monthly client deliverables and processing cycles
- Coordinate the production and scheduling of client materials and marketing inserts
- Track project timelines and ensure materials are approved, produced, and delivered on schedule
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication related to client projects
- Support internal project administrators with day-to-day client and production coordination
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, banking, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
