Join a construction team that’s pushing sustainability forward in real, measurable ways, not just talking about it. Sustainability is embedded into every project, from early planning through execution, with a focus on carbon tracking, material efficiency, and high-performance building systems.

As one of the first general contractors to sign the Climate Pledge, they’re committed to reducing emissions by 50% by 2030 and reaching net-zero by 2040. With billions in green construction delivered and a strong track record of LEED-certified projects, this team continues to set the standard for environmentally responsible building while delivering high-quality commercial work.

The Opportunity

As a Sustainability Data Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between operations and sustainability reporting—tracking key metrics, ensuring data accuracy, and helping drive initiatives that directly impact how projects are measured and improved.

What You’ll Do
  • Track fuel usage, material deliveries, and sustainability metrics across projects

  • Pull and organize invoice and project data from systems like GC Pay and CMiC

  • Manage and input data within carbon tracking software (Watershed)

  • Support utility and subcontractor data collection for regulatory reporting

What You Bring
  • Strong Excel and Outlook skills

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data

  • Organized, process-driven mindset

  • Construction industry exposure or familiarity with tools like CMiC is a plus

Why This Role Stands Out

This isn’t just data entry—you’re directly contributing to how sustainability is tracked, reported, and improved across major construction projects. It’s a chance to gain hands-on experience with modern reporting tools while being part of a team that values both innovation and impact.
