Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Representative:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business
• Provide accurate product/service information and assist with purchases
• Upsell or recommend additional products and services to meet customer needs
• Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM system
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Service Sales Representative:
