A well-established service company in Kern County is seeking a Finance Coordinator to join their team. This role offers strong exposure to day-to-day accounting operations and the opportunity to support a growing, stable organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and payment batches
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as needed
Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding financial matters
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2+ years of accounting or finance support experience
Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and general ledger basics
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
