Responsibilities of the Logistics Specialist

• Prepare and review shipping documents including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and export documentation
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any documentation discrepancies
• Support logistics team with scheduling and reporting needs

Preferred Qualifications for the Logistics Specialist

• 1+ years of logistics, supply chain, or documentation experience (agriculture industry a plus)
• Strong knowledge of shipping and export/import documentation
