Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization located in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston seeking a Procurement and Operations Manager.
About the Organization:

• Serving a diverse population, including non-traditional students, this educator has been operating for over fifty years
• They offer over 20 separate programs and have a high population of students who live in Boston
• Focusing on student accounts, this position will be the right hand to the Accounting Manager

Responsibilities Expected, But Not Limited To:

• Leading procurement and bids processes, including developing bid specifications and creating contract documents
• Monitoring contract compliance and vendor performance
• Acting as administrator for the organization's expense management software
• Overseeing the p-card process and adherence to the organization's expense policy
• Managing inventory financially and physically
• Preparing budgets for most auxiliary services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or experience equivalent (+4 years)
• 3+ years in procurement with a complicated nonprofit organization, strategic sourcing, and/or auxiliary services management
• Experience with COMMBUYS or a similar procurement software
• Microsoft Excel proficiency

Salary Range, Depending on Experience:
$85,000 - 100,000
