Position: MANTL Training Consultant / Banking Systems Trainer
Location: Munster, IN | Onsite Project-Based

About the Opportunity:

• Lead the development of a training manual, SOPs, and onboarding guides for teams using MANTL
• Provide onsite training to multiple departments including branch operations, deposit operations, customer service, and management teams
• Support rollout and adoption of MANTL’s digital account opening workflows across teams
• Work closely with leadership to ensure process consistency and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Create step-by-step training manuals, process guides, and quick reference materials
• Train end users on consumer and business account opening workflows
• Document KYC / CIP / fraud check steps
• Train teams on exception handling, escalations, and account funding processes
• Lead onsite classroom-style and small-group sessions
• Provide post-go-live support and refresher training

Ideal Background:

• Hands-on experience using MANTL
• Banking operations / deposit operations experience
• Experience writing training manuals, SOPs, and process documentation
• Strong facilitation and onsite training skills
• Experience working with branch teams and back-office teams
