Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and update job descriptions, aligning roles with market benchmarks
Support annual, company-wide compensation analysis and planning
Analyze pay structures and recommend adjustments to ensure market competitiveness
Process compensation changes and maintain accurate employee records
Partner with HR team members to gather, analyze, and interpret compensation data
Serve as a resource for employee inquiries related to benefits programs
Provide backup support to payroll as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist role
Foundational knowledge of compensation practices and processes
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
