We’re partnering with a private organization in Gallatin, TN to hire a Manager of Food & Beverage who is passionate about hospitality and leading great service experiences. This role oversees restaurant, bar, and event operations in a beautiful workplace setting, ideal for a hands‑on leader who loves connecting with guests and supporting a strong service culture. What You’ll Do

• Lead daily dining, bar, and event service operations
• Uphold high hospitality standards and handle guest needs with care
• Create schedules, manage payroll accuracy, and control labor costs
• Support budgeting and financial performance
• Collaborate with culinary and events teams for seamless service

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of food & beverage management experience
• Strong hospitality mindset and people‑first leadership style
• Experience with POS, scheduling, and payroll systems
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or similar
• Background in private clubs, resorts, or upscale hospitality preferred
