• Manage high‑volume weekly billing and FOB sales activity as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Prepare daily reconciliations, aging reports, and payment analysis as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Perform collections activity and communicate professionally with clients via email as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Process cash ticket sales, deposits, checks, and credit card transactions as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Create work sites, gather NTOs, manage credit line applications, and verify billing information within SAP as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• NTO experience required; exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
