This role works closely with structural engineers and multi-discipline teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and constructible designs using Autodesk Revit.</span></span><div ><hr></div><span ><span ><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span >Develop and maintain detailed structural models and drawings in Revit for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures </span></span><li ><span ><span >Produce plans, sections, details, and schedules based on engineering calculations and design direction </span></span><li ><span ><span >Coordinate structural models with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, piping, and architectural) to ensure clash-free design </span></span><li ><span ><span >Interpret engineer markups, sketches, and redlines to update models and drawings accurately </span></span><li ><span ><span >Assist engineers with quantity take-offs, material lists, and drawing organization </span></span><li ><span ><span >Ensure all drawings and models adhere to company standards, project requirements, and applicable codes </span></span><li ><span ><span >Participate in project coordination meetings and communicate effectively with engineers and project teams </span></span><li ><span ><span >Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and file management throughout the project lifecycle </span></span></ul><span ><span ><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></span><ul><li ><span ><span >5+ years of structural design/drafting experience in industrial or commercial environments </span></span><li ><span ><span >Proficient in Autodesk Revit (required) </span></span><li ><span ><span >Experience with structural materials including steel and concrete (masonry/wood a plus) </span></span><li ><span ><span >Familiarity with construction drawings, detailing practices, and industry standards </span></span><li ><span ><span >Understanding of basic structural design concepts and ability to interpret engineering calculations </span></span><li ><span ><span >High school degree required.
