Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst• Analyze financial and operational data to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance insights
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions, pricing strategies, and investments
• Assist with annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic reforecasts
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
• Partner with accounting and operations teams to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies
• Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Support compliance with internal controls and company policies
Qualifications for the Financial Analyst• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, or related experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L and cash flow
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• MBA or CPA is a plus
