<div><h3>Warehouse Associate</h3><h3>Responsibilities <span >(current/future openings)</span></h3><h4>Picking, Packing & Shipping</h4><ul><li>Pick, pack, stage, and ship orders using <strong>pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS)</strong></li><li>Prepare outbound orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency</li><li>Stage materials for delivery routes, production lines, or internal transfers</li></ul><h4>Shipping & Receiving</h4><ul><li>Receive inbound shipments and verify product quantities and condition</li><li>Load and unload trailers, containers, and box trucks</li><li>Document shortages, damages, and discrepancies accurately</li></ul><h4>Inventory & Warehouse Organization</h4><ul><li>Perform <strong>cycle counts</strong> and assist with inventory audits</li><li>Label, scan, and track materials to maintain accurate inventory records</li><li>Follow <strong>FIFO</strong>, lot control, and quality standards</li><li>Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant</li></ul><h4>Equipment Operation (As Certified)</h4><ul><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as:<ul><li><strong>Forklifts</strong> (sit‑down, stand‑up, reach truck, cherry picker)</li><li><strong>Pallet jacks</strong> (manual and electric)</li><li>Conveyors and dock equipment</li></ul></li></ul><h4>Safety & Compliance</h4><ul><li>Follow <strong>OSHA regulations</strong> and site‑specific safety procedures</li><li>Wear required <strong>PPE</strong> and use proper lifting techniques</li><li>Report safety hazards, damaged inventory, or operational issues promptly</li></ul><hr><h3>Warehouse Associate Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>1–3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>RF scanners, WMS systems, or inventory software</strong></li><li>Forklift certification a plus (not required for all roles)</li><li>Ability to lift <strong>50–75 lbs</strong> and stand/walk for extended shifts</li><li>Basic math, reading, and documentation skills</li><li>Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic</li><li>Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards</li></ul></div><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"> </p><p>#2375LI #ARMO</p>PandoLogic.
