Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast‑paced call center environment. This role focuses primarily on handling inbound calls, with some follow‑up outbound communication as needed.
Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls (50–100 calls per day depending on complexity)
- Answer questions related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information
- Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems
- Provide high‑quality customer service with strong attention to detail
- Follow call center policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Meet quality and accuracy performance metrics
- Utilize multiple programs and systems to document interactions and track customer requests

- At least 1 year of consistent tenure in previous roles
- High‑volume call center experience within the last 2–3 years

- Dependable work history (no job‑hopping; jumpy resumes will not be approved)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
